Blake Shelton's #1 single "Home" is at its second week in the top spot on the R&R Country Singles chart. His follow up single, "She Wouldn't Be Gone," from his forthcoming album will premiere on CMT.com on Monday, July 21. The single is written by Cory Batten and Jennifer Adan and produced by Scott Hendricks.

âAs a country music artist I'm always looking for "that song". Something unique, something special, something that matters. This song has all of the above. What a melody!, says Shelton.

"She Wouldn't Be Gone" will also be digitally delivered to country radio on Monday, July 21 and will be available for sale at all digital retailers on July 29. Ringtone will be available at all carriers week of August 3.

Blake Shelton has reached the top of the charts, R&R Singles Chart and MediaBase Singles Chart, with his woeful - soulful rendition of Home, written by Michael Bublé, Amy Foster-Gillies and Alan Chang and originally recorded by Bublé. This is the fourth career No. 1 for Shelton including Austin, The Baby and Some Beach, which collectively held the No.1 spot for thirteen weeks.

I loved Home the first time I heard it and I really love it now, jokes Shelton. Im glad Im not the only one that thought it was a country song. Ive had the honor of performing Home with Michael Bublé on a couple of occasions and can honestly say he is a really great guy and I think as a writer hes probably pretty excited that its reached No. 1, too.

Family week is the shows emphasis and Blake will be performing his current smash hit Home, from his recently released Pure BS Deluxe Edition album. The two-hour special will air live on NBC 9:00pm 11:00pm ET and re-airs July 4 on CMT 9:00pm 11:00pm ET.

Blake will be the only country artist to participate in a historic one night only live concert, David Foster and Friends. This special tribute to Foster, one of the industrys most well-known producers, will take place Friday, May 23 at the Event Center at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The show will feature numerous performers including Andrea Bocelli, Babyface, Michael Bublé, Josh Groban, Kenny G., Katharine McPhee, Brian McKnight, Boz Scaggs, Blake Shelton and more. Foster, along with the artists, will be performing some of his biggest hits.

David Foster and Friends will be filmed for broadcast on PBS stations nationwide and will air later this year.

Blake Shelton releases his fifth album today, May 6. Or is it officially still his fourth' Due to the phenomenal success of his current single, "Home," he is re-releasing his PURE BS album as PURE BS DELUXE EDITION. The album will include all of the previously released songs that were on PURE BS, including singles "Don't Make Me," and "The More I Drink." It will also include three new tracks including Sheltons current smash hit, "Home", as well as two additional unreleased songs written by Shelton, "Chances" and "I Can't Walk Away."

"How strange to be re-releasing an album but it's what makes sense. I wasn't due for another album for a while and "Home" was being so well received the label had to find a way to get it out to the fans, so now there's a PURE BS DELUXE EDITION," says Shelton.

Shelton has partnered with Verizon Wireless to give a complimentary ringtone (for a limited time) of one of the previously unreleased tracks on PURE BS DELUXE EDITION, "Chances." Fans can visit the Verizon Wireless kiosk at all participating Circuit City stores to gain access to their complimentary ringtone.

Shelton reflects on "Chances," "When I moved to Nashville in '94, it seemed like every song on the radio was about positive family things and falling in love. I wanted to write a song about falling in love the way it really happens sometimes. A guy just meeting a girl in a bar."

"Home" is currently #12 on the R&R Country Singles Chart.
